Meet Dr. Kamali

Dr. Elizabeth Kamali is proud to care for families in the same community where she grew up. After attending high school in Plano, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Texas at Arlington and her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from Baylor College of Dentistry in 2004.

After practicing general dentistry, Dr. Kamali continued her training at the University of Oklahoma Children’s Hospital, where she completed advanced training in Hospital Dentistry. Her experience caring for children in a hospital setting helped shape the patient, compassionate approach she brings to dentistry today.

Dr. Kamali especially enjoys working with children and believes that a positive dental experience can make a lasting difference in how a child feels about dental care. She takes the time to help children feel safe and comfortable while making each visit educational, positive, and fun.

Together with her husband, Dr. Sal Taiym, Dr. Kamali founded Jupiter Kids in 2007 with a shared vision of creating a family-owned practice where children receive personalized care in a warm and welcoming environment.

Outside the office, Dr. Kamali enjoys spending time with Dr. Taiym and their daughters, Layla and Elina, as well as their extended family and friends. She also enjoys reading, skiing, and spending time with her many nieces and nephews.
