SureSmile® Clear Aligners

Starting the SureSmile aligner journey is a straightforward process. Once our dentist gives the green light, here’s what needs to be done:

Begin with an initial appointment during which our dentist will use digital technology to scan the child’s mouth. Next, they’ll receive a personalized treatment plan, carefully crafted by our dentist in Allen, TX, in collaboration with the experts at the SureSmile Digital Lab.

Within 2 to 4 weeks, return to collect the clear aligners. As the treatment progresses, make regular check-in appointments.

Following the completion of the aligner treatment, the child should not forget to wear retainers to maintain their new smile. They need to wear the aligners for 20 to 22 hours daily, including when they are at school and go to sleep.

Our dentist will guide you through your tailored treatment plan before it begins, ensuring your full understanding and approval.

During the treatment, the child can anticipate wearing each set of aligners for one to two weeks before transitioning to the next set. This gradual process will gently shift their teeth a few millimeters at a time, bringing them closer to their ideal position.
